The stimulated microbial activity that results from E20 application will help to reduce thatch and has the potential to release additional nutrients by breaking down organic matter in the soil.
Where to use
E20 can be used on all soil types, especially in areas where turf needs to be revitalised. This may include golf roughs, fairways, sports pitches, lawns and landscaped areas.
It can also be used to improve the soil in ornamental shrub and flower beds, hanging baskets, containers and around trees.
When to use
E20 can be applied throughout the growing season. The main usage period is between March and September.
Application information
For general use and soil improvement, apply 35 – 70 per sq metre using a suitable calibrated granule applicator. Incorporate in construction soils at up to 200 - 300 per sq metre prior to turfing or re-seeding. Apply at 6 - 10 g/L of substrate for containers and hanging baskets and 50 - 100 per metre square as a top dressing for shrub beds, trees etc.
